In Pilgrim's Banner, you'll find Pilgrim  and Sally fighting skinhead thugs in London, breaking into the Imperial War Museum, and finding themselves involved in a gunfight at their Arizona shooting school.

Tony Walker is the author of the action thriller, Snides, which was the first book in a planned series of John and Sally Pilgrim novels. He has also written a non-fiction book, How to Win a Gunfight.

In addition, he has been a freelance writer for over twenty years, and has had numerous articles published in various shooting and collector magazines in the USA, UK, Australia, and South Africa.

A new John and Sally Pilgrim novel is currently being written, which will reintroduce some of the characters from the previous books.

Another novel, Kelly's Girls, as yet in the planning stages, will feature a female lead character, Kelly Morgan, who's smart, sexy - and she kills people!

Reviews

"His work on managing fractional-second reaction times to your advantage is worth the cost by itself."

- Alan Korwin, gun rights advocate and author of Gun Laws of America, in his review of  How to Win a Gunfight.

"Tony Walker's second instalment in the John Pilgrim series left me wanting to read the third. The book starts with a great "what if ...?" and has his characters follow it through a fast-paced adventure that never gets too far-fetched.

"Departing from the standard 'shoot 'em up' format, Pilgrim's Banner kept my interest with an excellent mix of action and story. Using a combination of true-to-life dialog and believable characters, the author left me wondering if the events really were fabricated, or if the story was told from personal experience."

- Tim Baker, author of Living the Dream and Water Hazard.

"Good characters with an interesting story line keep you turning the pages to see what happens next.
Not only do you feel like you have spent some time in London, you have the added bonus of learning a few things about WWII and weaponry which is all woven into an intriguingly good story line.
It will be interesting to see how the main characters continue to develop in the next John Pilgrim novels."

- Karen Becraft, in her review of Snides

"I've read both of his previous books, and with this book, he's done even better. You WON'T be disappointed!"

- Heather Ruble, in her amazon.com review of Pilgrim's Banner. Incidentally, Heather is the model on the front cover!
